Tori and Bens Steak course is a fun & unique experience for individuals or groups who want to try something new. Getting hands-on with our multiple award winning produce is a brilliant idea as a special and unique gift, for hen and stag parties, business team building days, leisure and tourist groups or just because curiosity killed the cat but not the cow. Your friends, family or colleagues will experience a wonderful day out in the countryside, with a tasty lunch, and above all, a memorable encounter with our wonderful produce.
The course starts at 6pm at Tori and Bens Butchery you will butcher a hind quarter of beef with our a butchers reviewing every steak cut. After you will cook off up to 10 different cuts of steak from Rib to fillet to Spyder to Flat Iron learning why they are as good as they are and how they are best cooked!
Price includes complimenting wines as you cook and taste, your full course and two steaks of your choice to take home. The Course is 3 hours long.
Pig to Sausage Making Course £75 / person

Tori and Bens Sausage making course is a fun & unique experience for individuals or groups who want to try something new. Hosted by Tori and Ben you will learn how to butcher half a pig learning all about the pigs and then through to the pork cuts through to making for yourself our award winning sausages.
Price includes soft drinks, a glass of wine or beer, your full course, sausage sampling and 1kg of your hand made sausages to take home.

Tori and Ben’s Farm to Fork Safari with Sven-Hanson Britt - £285/ person

The farm safari starts at Tori and Ben’s newly appointed farm shop in Melbourne, Derbyshire, where you will have a guided tour of the pastures and the opportunity to take part in an expert led whole carcass butchery demonstration. All of which will be washed down with homemade refreshments, English sparkling wine, tea and coffee. The demonstration will last an hour or so and you will see how all of your favourites cuts and steaks are prepared as well as gleaning lots of information from our expert butchers. Tori and Ben will also explain the farm to butchery process including the reasons for the specific ageing of all of the beef, lamb and mutton.
The safari starts here with a chauffer driven convoy to Park Farm on the Melbourne Estate, home to Tori and Ben Stanley and family. Your historic safari will take you through King John’s old hunting grounds surrounded by woodlands, ancient pools and past the famous Melbourne Hall Gardens. Further into the estate you will find yourself in the rolling Derbyshire grass parkland that is home to Tori and Ben’s herds of Longhorn Cattle, Jacob and Portland Sheep. Ben & Tori will host the tour, guiding you through how they farm their 550 acres with pride, passion and love for their livestock whilst sustainably caring for the environment.
After your farm safari you will be hosted at Park Farm for supper with Tori, Ben and Masterchef the Professionals finalist Sven-Hanson Britt. The grade two listed farmhouse, built over 200 years ago boasts the best views on the estate, looking out across Derbyshire. You will watch the sun go down whilst the Longhorn herd roam just metres from your outside dining table where you will enjoy a 5 course tasting menu with matching wines prepared by Sven-Hanson Britt. You will dine with your hosts whilst Sven talks through every step of this culinary feast, inspired by fantastic local ingredients and the very best produce from Tori and Ben’s Farm.
When the night has concluded and the sun is down we will ensure you are reintroduced to your vehicles at the farm shop or safely away in a taxi to your accommodation for the night. If you are looking for somewhere to stay we can recommend the beautiful Breedon Hall, and as friends of ours they will look after you very well if you mention you are attending this event.

Washing, brushing, trimming, halter training, loading, dressing you name it you will do it all. This is a fun, unique and quirky experience for groups who want to try something new. Getting hands-on with our stunning Longhorn Cattle and Jacob Sheep is a novel idea for wedding, hen and stag parties, business strategy days and leisure and tourist groups. Your friends, family and colleagues will experience a wonderful day out in the countryside, with a tasty lunch, and above all, a memorable encounter with our wonderful animals.

With our expert guidance, you’ll learn how to work hands-on with our friendly animals, while enjoying a blast of fresh country air and simple, delicious homemade food showcasing our produce. Easily accessible from the M42 and M1 with plenty of great places to stay locally it really is an experience not to be missed.
Group and Corporate private bookings
